MEET KYLE
A native Atlantan born at Georgia Baptist Hospital (former Atlanta Medical Center) and raised in Southwest Atlanta. District 58 is not just where I live — it is the community that shaped me.
After graduating from Georgia State University Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, I chose to purchase a home in the same neighborhood that raised me because I believe in making a long-term investment in the community that shaped me.
My public service has been rooted in practical governance and community accountability. I served as President of the Oakland City Community Organization for three years, strengthening neighborhood advocacy and civic participation. As a member of the Atlanta Land Trust, the Metro Atlanta Land Bank Authority, and the Development Authority of Fulton County, I worked to advance equitable housing and responsible growth. I also served as a member of the BeltLine Tax Allocation District Advisory Committee (TADAC), representing neighborhood interests in infrastructure and development decisions.
I am running for State Representative in District 58 to bring disciplined, community-centered policymaking to the Georgia General Assembly.
My legislative agenda is focused on four core policy areas.
Ensuring Georgia fully funds the Quality Basic Education (QBE) formula is essential to providing every student with the resources they need to succeed. This includes increasing teacher compensation so Georgia remains regionally competitive, reducing class sizes in high-need schools, and expanding funding for special education and learning disability services. Strengthening support for students also requires increasing resources and wages for paraprofessionals who play a critical role in the classroom. Public schools must be safe, well-resourced institutions where families feel confident sending their children and where every student has the opportunity to thrive.
District 58 deserves representation that understands policy mechanics, development economics, and the lived realities of residents. My experience in neighborhood leadership and development governance has prepared me to engage complex legislation with clarity and purpose. This campaign is about protecting homeowners, expanding opportunity, and ensuring that state policy reflects the needs of the people who actually live here.

I am ready to serve.
